Euphoria for various platforms can be downloaded OpenEuphoria.org.
Euphoria v4.1 can be installed under
Euphoria v3.1.1 for Windows (Vista/XP/NT/2000/ME/98/95) and DOS is also available
After installation, the directory layout should match that given in the Post Install documentation.
Finally, there are instructions available for tweaking the Euphoria Configuration file.
